  • Cold patch asphalt repairs

  • Snow removal (commercial or HOA contract-based services)

All services are offered to residential and commercial clients as applicable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service or via invoice as agreed.

  • We accept all major payment methods.

  • No deposits are required, and there are no late fees.

4. Refunds & Service Guarantees

  • We do not offer refunds for services.

  • We honor our work and will address any issues or touch-ups within the same season that the service was performed.

  • Snow removal services are contract-based and subject to separate agreements.

5. Scheduling & Weather

  • Services may be rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients will be notified promptly if a reschedule is required.

  • We appreciate your flexibility, as some weather conditions are outside our control.

6. Cancellations

  • We are lenient on cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Evergreen Blacktop Maintenance is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to your asphalt or property

    • Acts of nature, weather-related issues, or damage caused by vehicles or third-party contractors

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We make every effort to provide high-quality services, but clients use our services at their own risk.
