Our story began as ESS Schneider,
a family business built by Andy Schneider on hard work, quality, and dependable service. Andy passed the company on to his daughter Chrissy, who carried that commitment forward and continued building strong ties in the community. After nearly eight years of working alongside Chrissy, Nick took over the business, renewing it as Evergreen Blacktop Maintenance while keeping the same trusted values at its core.
Today, we’re proud to serve our neighbors in Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Genesee, and surrounding Colorado communities. In the winter, we specialize in reliable snow plowing and ice melt services to keep driveways, roads, and parking lots clear and safe. Once summer arrives, we shift our focus to asphalt maintenance and repair—offering hot rubber crack filling, cold patch repairs, and protective sealcoating to keep pavement looking sharp and lasting longer.
